CHICKEN ADOBO
This is One of my favorite menu. Filipino people used to cooked CHICKEN ADOBO, No doubt because it is really  good menu  here in Philippines. And my style of this dish is  a little different than a normal one. I love experimenting food, By doing this it made me want to have my own restaurant, well maybe one day! But anyway this dish is spicy because i love spicy food. if you want spicy food you can add more chili depends what do you prefer. This is just very simple menu by the way and taste really good.
First you need a chicken must be chicken wings or legs. Its up to you as you can see on picture there's chili, onion tomato and garlic. Saute the ingredients first and mix it well in the pan(slow fire to stay it looks fresh) I think 5 minutes is enough you can adjust it though. Then remove it from fire put it in a clean bowl. Next saute the chicken with garlic again and onion mix it well in the pan and covered it just make sure you don't over cooked the chicken. By the way I used atsuete for the color you can see it here asuete. Put water (enough for your meat) on it and squeeze it until the color of water is changed used that as your water.Then add vinegar a little if you don't like sour, salt to taste and ground pepper. Then put those ingredients on top on chicken. If you have magic sarap for seasoning would be great! magic sarap.  One of my secret ingredient is "LOVE"
